Where we ship
Nozie currently ships to the United Kingdom only.
UK delivery
All orders are shipped via FedEx with full tracking. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link once your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside our control.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking link. Please check your junk/spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to amend or cancel orders once placed, as dispatch is automated. Nozie cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@nozie.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the outer packaging and the item, with the fragrance name clearly visible. Please retain all packaging until we confirm our investigation is complete.
Lost orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check whether it has been left with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you still can't locate it, contact us at hello@nozie.com within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
